I actually think we match up fairly well with Butler, better than we do with Creighton or even Xavier.

Still, the Bulldogs are very tough to beat at home. Plus, they may be as deep at guard as MU is, but they also have Martin and Chrabacsz up front.I think we keep it close for awhile, but ultimately...Butler - 84, MU -72

This is the first time that I am going off of my initial projections. Like how we played this past week (important getting Duane Wilson back), and think Butler will be a bit tired after their grueling Saturday game against Xavier.

Marquette 75, Butler 72.

I just think the home atmosphere will be a bit too much. I think we'll come out well and keep it a nail biter until the last five minutes. Butler's good at closing games, and I think they eke it out in a closer than expected affair.
