Announcers for the Paradise Jam mentioned there were plenty of NBA scouts checking out Dennis Smith Jr. and Justin Patton last night and early this season. Vice President of Scouting for the Bucks was there (Billy McKinney). While not polished offensively....Patton is 7', athletic, can run the floor and has great hands. Much like Thon Maker and Larry Sanders were as Top 15 picks. If Patton keeps up his strong play, this could be his only year at Creighton. With one of the best projected draft classes in years, Creighton probably is hoping he waits until 2018.

Hoyas had an 18 point halftime lead and game now tied with 8 minutes left.

This might be the ugliest game I've seen this year..... just brutal.....by both teams.

Georgetown wins 65-61.

Georgetown fans will have panic attacks all season when their team faces a full-court press. They could really use PG Tremont Waters now, the 2017 Top 40 player that signed this fall. Georgetown has some good guards, but they are all better playing off the ball.

For a team with three talented 7 footers on their roster, G'town is soft. Wisconsin manhandled them on the boards last night.
