Glad to see the BE is included in this - just goes to show that we are a major BB conference.

I wonder if we would have been invited were we not playing in Hawaii.

Was the Big East's status as a major conference in question? Villanova just won the NC.

If inclusion in this indicates a major BB conference, how about the Big Sky? Putting small time leagues like the A10 and MVC to shame.

PK80 event is amount of TV time it takes up when their networks have other ESPN tourneys like Orlando and Anaheim, NIT, Battle 4 Atlantis & College Football.

Huh? Where is the ESPN Networks going to find the room to boardcast the PK80 event? PK80 event is 24 games! They are packed with Battle 4 Atlantis, Orlando, NIT in Brooklyn, Fullerton tourneys and college football over the Thanksgiving Weekend. How much of these events gets the big slap to watchespn.

Thank god, Marquette is in Maui which is in the beginning of the week.

Ahh, gotcha. I'm sure they'll just shuttle stuff to other networks. I have to figure the two brackets will run concurrently. Wouldn't surprise me if these ended up on a main network, schedule allowing.
