I couldn't be more proud of Tiby. He's not shedding his attachment to the university - he's standing up and showing more Panther Pride than anyone who is shoving their head into the ground and pretending nothing is wrong.

We need wholesale change. Rob Jeter is no longer our coach. Now we need to do everything we can to make sure LaVall Jordan can succeed.

Keeping the AD is one thing that cannot be on the list.

One of the best players not just in program history, but really a player who deserved to be considered one of the best in D1 college basketball in Wisconsin in this decade even with all the great players at UW, MU and GB during that time frame. And now, instead of having him be a permanent ambassador for the program, totally estranged.

I guess Matt, and his relationship with the University, is just more collateral damage in the deplorable pursuit of "the larger issue."

I know how Matt feels. I was so proud and supportive of my alma mater for so many years, and I am so disgusted with it now. And the worst of it is that the people who have shamed UWM and by extension all of us who identify with it have been and will be associated with our University for a mere fraction of the time that defines my relationship with it. Short-timers whose only apparent motivation is their own ambition, and who have demonstrated the judgment and manners of third world despots.
