Look at slide # 2 - didn't know that he was a Bucks assistant - Larry Costello sitting down and the Big O at the end of the bench. The dude lurking behind Hubie looked kind of like Pat Riley before he went the slick route.
Slide # 4 - coaching the Atlanta Hawks the year before he became Butch Lee's first NBA coach and that is Mike Fratello to his left who I believe ended up being Doc River's first NBA coach. Slides 3 thru 4 are pretty tough to look at from a clothing style standpoint - ouch.
